The basics
Timesheets track the time you spent working a shift or activity. Theyโre automatically created when you clock in and out, but you can also manually add or edit them if needed. This guide explains how to create and update your timesheets.

โฑ๏ธ How to view timesheets in Planbase
First, head over to the Planbase web portal where you'll see the main calendar view along with your scheduled shifts.
Select the week for which you'd like to view timesheets using the navigation buttons at the top of the page. Next, click the timesheets icon at the top right of the page to view your timesheets for that week.
โ How to submit and edit timesheets
You can submit and edit timesheets using the same modal which displays any existing timesheets. To add a new timesheet, simply click on the plus icon in the bottom right corner.
To edit an existing timesheet simply click on the row which you'd like to edit. Once approved you will no longer be able to edit a timesheet.
When submitting a timesheet you'll be prompted to submit the start and end times of your shift, as well as any activities that were completed during the shift. If your manager has requested that you also submit start and end times for each activity you can do so by toggling the submit times button at the top of the page.
