To manage permission levels in Planbase, navigate to the team management page via the left-hand sidebar and click 'Team Management'. Select a user to view and edit their permissions under their user profile.
π£π£ Employees with 'End User' or 'Staff' permission cannot log into Planbase
π£π£ To allow an employee to log into Planbase you must turn on "Enable Login"
Planbase offers three permission levels:
Administrator: Can add, delete, or modify any information in the account, including users and shifts.
View Only: Allows the user to view all account information but restricts them from making any changes, additions, or deletions.
End User: Limits access to receiving information about their own shifts and updating their availability. End users cannot log into the Planbase web application.
