How to to set up and access integrations

Planbase supports integrations with various software products including calendars like Google Calendar, employee communication tools like Slack, EHRs such as Healthie, licensing tools like MD-Staff, and ticketing platforms like Zoho Desk.

Navigate to Settings in the sidebar and click on Integrations.

  • Here, you'll find a list of possible integrations for your account.

  • If your required integration is not listed, contact our support to inquire about adding it.

The integration process varies by platform:

  • Healthie: Enter your API key and click save.

  • Slack: Integration requires Slack admin access and is done via the OAuth flow.

  • Zoho Desk: Integration requires Zoho admin access and is done via the OAuth flow.

  • Google Calendar integrations are individual, requiring each Planbase user to integrate their calendar separately. This can also be done via Slack.
