The basics
Planbase can post alerts, digests, and reports into Slack using your Planbase data (for example time-off requests or scheduled digests).
To turn this on you need:
Your Slack workspace connected to Planbase (must be done by a Slack admin). See Connecting Planbase and Slack.
A subscription set up in Planbase (what to send, when, and to which channel)
The Planbase Slack app added to that channel
If you need a new subscription, contact your Planbase team. This article covers adding Planbase to the channel.
Add Planbase to a channel
Open the Slack channel where you want posts to appear.
In the channel header, click the members icon (person icon with the member count).
Open the Agents & apps tab, then click Add agents and apps.
Search for Planbase, then click Add next to Planbase (Healthcare scheduling platform).
That’s it. Once the subscription is configured, Planbase can post into that channel.
