This guide provides an overview of how Employees can interact with Planbase through the iOS app. To get started make sure you have downloaded the latest version from the Apple App store here.
You can use the mobile app to:
Clock-in and out of your shifts
View your upcoming schedule
Request shifts that are available for you to work
See your upcoming schedule
Request time off and changes to your schedule
Manage your availability and preferred work hours
Clocking In and Out
From the home screen you'll see any of your shifts which are currently available for you to clock in to. Press Clock in now when you are ready to start your shift.
View your upcoming schedule
Use the Schedule screen to view your upcoming schedule. You can click on the displayed dates at the top of the screen to navigate to a different date range.
Use the orange + icon to submit your availability, time off or to request changes to your schedule
View and claim available shifts
From the Offers screen you'll see all the shifts which are available for you to work. You'll only be shown shifts that match your existing schedule and profile.
If you see a shift that you'd like to work select CLAIM SHIFT and you'll be notified if your request is approved!
