The basics

The Wise integration allows you to automatically pay employees through Wise from within Planbase.

  • Imports your Wise recipients directly into Planbase.

  • Automatically generates quotes and transfers based on approved timesheets and funds the payments directly from your Wise balance.

To get started, login to your Wise account and create a personal access token from the Integrations and tools section.

Next, head to the settings page in Planbase and click the integrations tab at the top.

Insert your personal access token where prompted.

You should also enter either of the following Wise URLs depending on whether you want to connect to a production account or a sandbox for testing:

Sandbox https://api.sandbox.transferwise.tech

Production https://api.transferwise.com

  • Use the Sync Now button from within the integration in Planbase to automatically pull the recipients and make them payable from within Planbase
